Not something I thought I would be doing. But based on what I think and do against what I see and hear. Doesnt sit right with me.

I will express my opinion and think of it as that.

What I define a Clan, Fleet, and/ or Guild as : A open friend / family environment where the whole community decides as a whole. A place to come to get away from what we call reality and share in the fun of what we all have in common. Everyone helping each other anyway possible within means. People coming together as strangers and forming a great friendship. No decision is based upon one person. Decisions are made as a whole. Information is spread across the unity to get feedback from everyone and should be done as a census style or whatever is seen to work. Everyone or most help contribute to helping create what a unity can or will be.

What I see:

Is there support and help towards other members? Yes in game mostly. Hardly any support outside. (Forums, website input, etc etc) Command staff should be the main active on the forums, the forums is the structure on which the guild is suppose to follow. Meaning a database for the guild to fall back to answer questions. Mostly I see is Myself and MrWill all over the forums, Skylab when he can, and a few others. ( Sorry if i didnt use names, u know who u are.)

Command Staff Communication? Barely any... Everything is all secretive, news I find out, I find out through word of mouth. Down the road. Thats what the forum is for, post what is going on. Let the Guild know whats going on. When I see that nothing is stated in the forums I assume nothing is in the works but then I see all these promotions to command staff, nothing on why or how, no chance for others to get a chance to make a difference. Guild is based on equality? Least thats what I was under the impression when I first joined. Granted I dont know the history with you and the command staff, thats fine, Its none of my business. I am meerly stating my opinion.

Ive been busy for the past 2.5 weeks maybe a bit long, coding, graphic designing, and showing samples of what I have been doing. To the Guild, Alot of work.. But I am ceasing the work. No point in continuing since, being restricted to IP board, I understand its been paid for and such. That doesnt bother me. What bothers me is Doing this work after me and MrWill talked about what was in plan, about the merging of IP Board wit the engine Im working with. Then MrWill stating htere is more to it then I know about..... Put yourself in my shoes... You do 2-3 weeks of work. Coding, graphical, designing. Dont you think it would of been better to say HEY IP Board is all you should focus on. Instead of letting me push forward with recoding Joomla and designing the site to what MrWill and I discussed, and showing my ideas. Its all good, just a bit of a let down.

Remember this is just my opinion and a outsider looking in. If it insulted anyone wasnt intentional and I apologize ahead of time.

Its been fun for what its worth and I have 5 laptops to repair by the end of this week so I am going to redo my character on STO and do a few missions and then get to work on the laptops.

Been fun guys, sorry if I let anyone down.

Sioom sorry to see you leave, but I always have said were sticking with IP Board. One of the many reason's which include's the $150.00 I paid for the board; is that we need more than one person to be able to manage and support the website. Unfortunately not everyone has the expertise that you have. If you had deeper issues regarding, you should of just asked me to speak on Vent. You mentioned lack of communication; maybe it's time to follow your own words.

You have done extraordinary work. I realize your probably frustrated, but I'm still willing to talk on Vent if you like.

Also why all the complaining about website activity? Do you realize the FLEET on STO has only started about 2-3 weeks ago? In my opinion we have done amazing progress.

1) I never said to drop IP board. I even said you paid money for it in the post and to not use it wouldnt be a option. I dont think i even reflected on that in the post, wasnt a issue.. I made a seperate post about how limiting IP Board truly is but thats not the topic here and never was on this thread.

2) I havent been communicating? what about all the posts on the board me asking for assitance and such? So I have been following my words.

3)I was meerly saying is we are growing way to fast and no setting of structure, its like having a class for science and a rookie teacher. 30 students with a teacher that doesnt have structure to teach the class = disaster waiting to happen. Ive ran plenty of clans / guild for older games. Always had basic guide lines. That is all i was meerly stating and within 2-3 weeks you would expect something to already be inplace. All I was is the guy in the back trying to get out a design, but without "CONTENT" harder to design a custom site.

4) I stated in my post was my opinion or what I see, was constructive criticism. Its all about fun I know this but do you run a business without forming structure first? Rules and guidelines to help run your business correct? I was looking for structure as well as fun. Didnt see structure and I questioned the command staff. Since I didnt see anyone but you MrWill doing anything on the forums. Well Skylab but hes traveling. There is 2 sides to a coin is all im saying.

If you want a website made, let me know when you have a good majority of the content, so it can be structured towards the content. Till then I will hold production. Plus i ordered 3 servers since my other one kind of died.

At the moment I am starting up 4 websites and 2 of which you and I talked about MrWill.

Good Day

Sucks that you´re leaving. Thanks for the time you´ve put in though. I´ve been doing a lot of traveling which is why I don´t post often. Internet in South America sucks. Well hope to see you in the forums still every now and then.
